About Fredrick Zane Church


Zane Church was the first person to achieve the rank of Master Instructor (6th degree black belt) in IPP Krav Maga. He also holds a 1st degree black belt in Sanuces Ryu Jiu-Jitsu and is a certified Filipino Martial Arts Instructor. Zane Church competed in amateur mixed martial arts capturing 4th place in the world championships and 3 times capturing 2nd place in the national championships. He has taught anti-terrorism tactics, active shooter response, empty hand combat, ground survival and knife fighting to FBI agents, DEA agents, the National Guard, Private security forces, Corrections Officers and Police Officers.

● 1998-2000 Competed in Sports Jiu-Jitsu taking 2nd in Nationals 3 times and 4th in the world championships

● Students have been to over 30 countries teaching anti-terrorism tactics
● Instructed National Guard Recruiters on gun & knife defenses
● Instructed Seminars at Albuquerque Police Department
● Designed the empty hand tactics currently utilized by The Santa Fe Corrections Department
● Designed and taught empty hand tactics to Albuquerque Ambulance
● Designed and taught empty hand tactics to the Navajo Nation first responders
● Worked as a bouncer in Alaska and New Mexico
● Head of Security at The Millennium Hotel in Alaska
● Fight Choreographer for demonstrations and a commercial
